Refund Policy

To guarantee a personalized experience for you, we begin work as soon as we are hired. We also block off our calendar to ensure you are cared for during your birth. Because of this, Birth Doula and Birth Guide packages are only partially refundable in the following situations:

 

If your birth is missed due to doula error, you will receive a refund of $1200 for the birth, calendar blocking, and backup portions of your service package.

Precipitous birth or your failure to communicate with your doula is NOT a cause for refund.

 

If you deliver outside of your 3 week birthing window and a doula is not available you will receive a refund of $700 for the birth portion of your service package.

 

Miscarriage and stillbirth refunds will be given at prorated values based on services that have been received.

Classes can be refunded minus a 3% service fee or rescheduled for free if done 48 hours prior to start time.
