Birth Experience Guide

For those who do not wish to have a doula in the labor & delivery room (or the hospital will not allow) but do still want the knowledge & support of a doula. This package will give you the tools to help you have the birth experience you want. From teaching you what to expect during labor, comfort measures to employ in the delivery room, and getting the first latch. All visits are in-person. Please view our service area.
