Our Story
Lilley perinatal was built out of necessity. The U.S. is currently facing a maternal health crisis. As a developed nation we have got to do better. Families deserve better. Lilley Perinatal is committed to bringing evidence-based information to the community and providing hands-on support along the way. Our mission is to provide inclusive perinatal care that empowers families to make informed decisions and feel supported throughout their perinatal journey.

Hello
I'm Elizabeth, founder of Lilley Perinatal. Perinatal support has been a passion of mine since I became pregnant with my first child. I had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery full of support and encouragement, including the service of a doula for each of my births. It broke my heart to learn how many birthing persons have a negative experience. It is my mission to help others have a positive perinatal experience. After leaving the corporate world, I embarked on a 4 year journey to hone my skills in supporting people during the pregnancy and postpartum period. I received certifications as a birth doula, personal trainer, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor. I love to learn and am committed to continuing my education in the field of childbirth to always bring my clients the best service possible. I am a wife and mother of two active boys and one angel baby. Life keeps me busy, but because it is important to give back to our community, I volunteer for multiple local and national organizations supporting perinatal persons.
